How can I manage my order?
The Ohma website has been designed to make sure your shopping experience is satisfactory. Once you have found your garment, select the colour and size you want and add it to your basket.
What payment methods do we accept?
Ohma! currently accepts the following payment methods:
- Servired/Redsys
- Bank Transfer
- PayPal or Card
Do I have to open an Ohma! account to place an order?
If you do not wish to open an Ohma! account, simply select “Buy without registering” to place your order. On the other hand, by opening an Ohma! account you will be the first to receive privileged information, including regular newsletters with exclusive offers and discounts.
Does Ohma! have physical shops?
Currently Ohma! does not have its own physical shops.
When is the order charged?
The cost will be charged once the order has been finalised. If you have a discount code, please enter it in the “discount code” field before processing the payment. Your account will be charged once your order has been validated. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you immediately to notify you of any problems and, if necessary, replace or cancel the item in your order.
Can I change my order once it has been processed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been processed. If you change your mind, you can return the items you are not interested in for a full refund of the products when they arrive and place a new order for the items you were interested in.
What is the delivery time for my order?
The standard delivery time for any order is 1 to 3 working days.
For deliveries to the Balearic Islands this time will be increased by 24 hours.
When the order is received by the company you will receive an email with the day on which the order will be delivered, if for whatever reason the stipulated time does not suit you, you can change the day of delivery and even the address through the same link as long as you keep the same postcode.

In periods of high demand it is possible that an order may be accepted with insufficient stock to fulfil it. In this case we will contact you as soon as possible and refund the amount of the product.

We do our best to respect the delivery times indicated, but on rare occasions an unexpected problem may arise. In this case, we compromise to inform you and resolve it as soon as possible.

Ohma! returns
YOU WILL HAVE 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND. WE REQUIRE THE ITEM(S) TO BE UNUSED, IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION.
WE WILL REFUND ITEMS IN FULL, BUT CUSTOMERS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED THE INITIAL SHIPPING COSTS PAID WHEN PLACING AN ORDER.
IN THE CASE OF REFUND RETURNS, WE CANNOT START PROCESSING THE REFUND UNTIL WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURN AND THE ITEM HAS BEEN INSPECTED, WHICH MAY TAKE SEVERAL DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT. THERE MAY ALSO BE AN ADDITIONAL WAIT DEPENDING ON YOUR BANK’S PROCESSING TIMES.
The cost of shipping is paid by the customer.

How and when are returns refunded?
Returns are processed within approximately 1 week from the moment the items have arrived at our warehouse. Once we have received it and we have checked that everything is correct, we will proceed to issue the refund of the amount of the return.
The refund will be processed through the same payment method. In case you need specific information we will contact you through the e-mail provided.
If you have paid by credit card, remember that the refund may take a little longer to appear in your credit card balance, although you will be able to see it reflected in your monthly statement.
Find your Maternity Size
The designs in Ohma! are specifically created to last for nine months and beyond. Choosing the perfect size during pregnancy is not always easy, that’s why we design our collections to adapt to your changing body and provide an optimal fit before, during and after pregnancy.
To achieve the perfect fit for your silhouette, we recommend that you select your regular pre-pregnancy size. You can find a reference of sizes and measurements in the size guide.
For your bra size, please refer to our nursing bra guide. All sizes on this website are European sizes. If in doubt, please check the tables for international conversions.
