2. Use of our website
Only the current Terms and Conditions are applicable to the use of this website and take precedence over previous terms and conditions. By placing your order you are declaring you have read and agree to the current Terms and Conditions in its entirety.
By using this website you agree to:
1. You can use this website only to make enquiries or place legally valid orders.
2. You will not be able to place a speculative, fake or fraudulent order.
3. You are required to provide your email, postal address and other contact details and be aware that we may use this information to contact you if necessary. In compliance with current legislation we will not, under any circumstances, pass your personal details on to third parties. Your contact details will be used only to receive our Newletter which you can cancel on request by contacting us through our contact form. If you do not subscribe to our Newsletter, the information you provide when placing your order will be used solely to process your order.
4. If you do not provide the information we need, we will be unable to process your order.
5. By placing an order on this website, you are declaring yourself to be over eighteen years of age and have the legal capacity to do so.
3. How the sale is approved
Contract of sale for any product will only be valid once your order has been processed and accepted by us. In the event that your order is not accepted your payment will be refunded in full.
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email to confirm we have received your order. Please note this does not mean your order has been accepted by us. All orders are provisional until accepted. The sale is agreed to only when you receive confirmation of delivery and this refers exclusively to items shown on the confirmation of delivery. We are not obliged to supply any other product.
4. Product availability
All orders are subject to availability. In the event of any problems with regard to stocks or supply we can offer substitute products at the same price or at a different price but, if you do not want alternative products, the amount you have paid will be refunded in full.
We reserve the right to remove any product or content from this website at any time.
We do not accept liability for the consequences of the removal or modification of any product or content on the website.
5.1. Delivery times
Shipments are managed through the company SEUR, GLS or CORREOS EXPRESS. Delivery times are 2 to 3 business days to all destinations.
To calculate the delivery time of our shipments, you must bear in mind that orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will begin to be prepared the next day. Orders placed on Friday from 2:00 p.m., Saturday or Sunday are prepared and will leave on Monday.
In special periods, promotions or sales, exceptionally, delivery times may be affected.
Orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona, so city holidays will affect delivery times.
The delivery period will be extended if you place the order on one of the following dates (year 2021): January 1 and 6, April 2 and 5, May 1, May 24, June 24, September 11 and 24 , October 12, November 1 and December 6, 8 and 25.
In the event that, due to an exceptional case, we do not have any product of the order, we will inform you of this situation and we will refund the proportional part of it.
5.2. Shipping cost
Shipping costs vary depending on the place of delivery, for the different areas and are automatically calculated based on volume and weight. You can see the shipping costs once you have chosen your products by clicking on the shopping cart and choosing the shipping area.
Remember that shipments are not made to PO Boxes, therefore it is necessary that you give us the exact delivery address.
To avoid problems in the event that you are not at home at the time of delivery, we would appreciate if you could provide us with a contact telephone number where we can reach you.
6. Price and payment
Product prices are those specified on our website at the time of purchase, with the exception of apparent errors. Despite making every intention to make sure all prices shown on our webpage are correct, pricing errors can still occur. If we find the price of the products you have ordered to be incorrect we will inform you as soon as possible with the option to either cancel or reconfirm your order at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you the order will be considered cancelled and payment will be refunded in full.
Prices shown on the webpage are inclusive of taxes but do not include delivery costs.
Price changes can be made at any time but will not affect orders for which we have already sent confirmation of delivery.
By making a card payment you confirm to be the owner of the card Payment
cards will be checked and authorised by the issuing body but if the payment is not authorised we will not accept responsibility for any delay or non-delivery of goods and we will be unable to approve the sale
7. Exchanges and returns
You can change your online purchase by contacting us through the web chat or by email at email@example.com.
In this case, you can change the size, color or model.
You have a period of 20 days from receipt to request the change. To proceed with its change, the product must not be used.
There will be no exchange or return of those products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product.
For hygienic reasons, changes or returns of underwear (except bras) or masks are not allowed. Bikinis and swimsuits can only be exchanged or returned if they retain the hygienic adhesive.
You have a period of 20 days from the receipt of your order to make the return and to proceed with it you must verify that your order meets the following conditions:
– The product must not be used.
– It must be sent in the same conditions in which it was received. Products that are not in the same condition in which they were received, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product, will not be returned.
Return from home
To make the return, you must request a return through the following email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your return is confirmed, a courier will pick up your package from the shipping address provided in the return form and deliver it to our offices. Once received in our offices, we will proceed to examine it and we will notify you by email if the return is appropriate, taking into account that it is within the established period and that the product is in perfect condition. Remember that the product must be sent in the same way it was received *
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way in which you made the purchase. The credit card payment always depends on your bank.
Returns are free for orders placed in Spain (within the peninsula). Returns at home in the Balearic Islands and internationally are not free, and it is the customer who bears the return costs (transport costs will be deducted from the refund). 8. Limitation of liability
Our liability with regard to any item purchased on our website is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.
Due to the open nature of this website and the possibility of errors occurring in the storage and transmission process of digital information. We are unable to guarantee the accuracy and security of information transmitted or obtained through this webpage, except where explicitly stated otherwise.

Any part of the current legal terms and conditions or provisions considered to be invalid, illegal or unfeasible in any way by the legal authorities will be eliminated from the remainder of the terms and conditions which will continue to apply insofar as the law permits.

13. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
The sale of products through our website will be governed by Spanish legislation.
The current clause will not, in any way, affect Consumer Rights as recognised by legislation currently in force.
